- Yes — we integrate routinely with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Stripe, Cal.com, Supabase, Postgres, OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, SendGrid, Resend, Zapier, Make, n8n, and dozens of other commonly-used SaaS and cloud platforms. EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth) are available for HealthTech engagements. Tell us your stack on the discovery call and we will tell you honestly what is straightforward versus what needs scoping.
- AI integration adds AI features to existing systems (a chatbot in your support flow, AI-assisted drafting in your CRM). AI automation uses AI plus orchestration to replace manual workflows end to end (intake-to-routing, document processing, scheduling). AI consulting is the strategy work that decides which automation or integration to ship first, in what order, on what stack — usually delivered as a written roadmap before any build starts.
- Both. Some of our smallest engagements are with two- to five-person startups shipping their first AI feature; some of our largest are with established 200+ person operations rebuilding production infrastructure. The playbook adapts; the bar for the work does not.

- Yes. Source code lives in your repository (your GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab org) from day one. Data lives in infrastructure you own. Our standard contract includes named-team continuity, source-code escrow, and a 30-day off-ramp clause. The goal is for your team to be able to keep the system running long after we are gone — and we choose stacks that make that realistic.
- Yes — most of our work is delivered remotely. We collaborate with founders, operators, and leadership teams across the U.S. via Slack, video, and shared tooling, with regular check-ins at the cadence each project needs. We have team leads in the SF Bay Area, Miami, Columbus, and Honolulu, and active expansion into Houston, so on-site visits are available in those metros when the work calls for it.
