How we help

What can we build together?

We start with your users, the work they need to do, and the tools you already use.

Client system built with Lovable

OAT:AS.
The office, the field, and the follow-up.

An appliance-service business needs to coordinate jobs, technician activity, incoming leads, and customer communication. We built OAT:AS to bring those workflows into one operations platform.

What we delivered

Agent integrations, GPS and field visibility, analytics, performance leaderboards, lead and marketing management, and newsletter workflows in a Lovable app.

Explore the workflows

Review an agent proposal, explore field assignments, move a sample lead forward, and preview an email campaign. The demo runs separately from the client system.

Our work with Lovable

We hold Lovable Website Builder and App Builder certifications. Shane Spencer, our founder, is also a Lovable Champion and a Vibe Coder in Residence, participating in a six-month program building with Lovable's internal teams.

Substantial custom apps and business systems typically range from $15,000 to $50,000. Websites and training are scoped separately. We agree on scope and milestones before implementation.

Why this studio

Platform work meets client delivery.

We define access rules, test the important workflows, review security and search foundations, and document the handoff. Your team should know what it owns and how to maintain it.

Clear scope

Agree on the users, workflows, integrations, and milestones before the build.

Practical reviews

Check access rules, mobile usability, and the workflows your team relies on.

A usable handoff

Document ownership, account access, and how to maintain the app after launch.

Other builders

Lovable first. Other platforms when you already live there.

Lovable is our primary champion program. If your team already standardized on another no-code builder, we can still train and finish work on that stack. We will say so when custom software is the cleaner path.

Primary

Lovable

Our primary builder platform. Community champions on the team, and Shane is an official Lovable vibe coder (VCIR) working with their team on platform and internal tools.

Other no-code builders

We can coach and ship on adjacent builders when a client already standardized there. Lovable stays the default.

Next step

Tell us what needs to work better.

Share the problem, who will use the app, and what you have built so far.
