This notice applies to Ideas Realized LLC and the public website at ideas-realized.com. A client product or demonstration may publish its own notice when its data practices differ.

Information you choose to provide

Project inquiries, assessments, and scheduling may include your name, business name, email, phone number, project details, workflow information, budget range, timing, and communication preferences.

Newsletter signup collects your email address and the page or form where you subscribed.

Essential technical information

The site may store security and authentication cookies, form state, your privacy choice, coarse service-area context, and preferences needed to provide a feature you requested.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may receive page activity, interactions, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referring information, and performance signals through Google Tag Manager.

• Respond to inquiries, scope projects, schedule meetings, and deliver requested work.
• Operate forms, authentication, security, and other requested site features.
• Send subscribed journal updates and manage unsubscribe requests.
• Understand site performance and useful content when optional analytics are allowed.
• Protect people, systems, and legal rights, and comply with applicable law.

We use service providers to operate the site and business. Depending on the feature, these may include hosting and content-delivery providers, Supabase-backed database and authentication systems, CRM systems, Resend for email delivery, Cal.com for scheduling, and Google or Microsoft for optional analytics.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse or security incidents, to protect people or systems, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not enable advertising storage or ad personalization through this site. Some privacy laws may define disclosures to analytics providers as sharing, so optional analytics stay off until you allow them.

Essential storage is used for security, forms, private sign-in, and remembering your privacy choice. Optional analytics are separate and are off by default.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and keep optional analytics off. You can change your choice from the Privacy choices control on the site. Withdrawing permission stops the analytics transport on the next page load and attempts to remove known first-party analytics cookies.

Your saved choice lasts up to six months unless you change it, clear browser storage, or we materially revise the notice.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, client and business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Different records have different retention needs.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the service. No internet service can promise absolute security. See our security page for current practices and reporting information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses and disclosures. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

Email shane@ideas-realized.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need enough information to verify the request and protect the account or record involved. Authorized agents should explain their authority to act.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe path. Transactional messages needed to answer a request or deliver work may still be sent.

The site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Third-party sites and embedded services have their own practices. Review their notices before providing information directly to them.

We may update this notice when the site, vendors, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
