Useful ground rules, plainly stated.

These terms govern use of ideas-realized.com and public materials provided by Ideas Realized LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

A product, client portal, or demonstration may include additional terms. A signed proposal, statement of work, or other client agreement controls over these website terms for paid services.

Website content is general information, not legal, financial, medical, security, or other regulated professional advice. Examples, calculators, demonstrations, and AI outputs may be incomplete or based on assumptions.

Submitting a form, booking a call, or receiving an initial response does not create a client relationship. Work begins only under an accepted written scope.

Prices shown for fixed packages apply only to the stated scope. Taxes, third-party fees, infrastructure, licenses, data work, unusual integrations, and changed requirements may require a separate written quote.

You may use the site for lawful business research, communication, and evaluation. You may not:

• Interfere with security, access controls, availability, or normal operation.
• Attempt unauthorized access, probing, scraping that creates unreasonable load, or automated abuse.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive material.
• Misrepresent an Ideas Realized demonstration as your production system or public client work.
• Use site content or interfaces to train or operate a competing service in violation of applicable law or these terms.

The site, brand assets, writing, code demonstrations, designs, and other materials are owned by Ideas Realized or used with permission, unless stated otherwise.

You may link to public pages and quote short portions with clear attribution. You may not copy, republish, sell, remove attribution from, or create misleading derivative materials from substantial parts of the site without written permission.

Client ownership, licenses, open-source components, and portfolio rights are defined in the applicable client agreement.

The site links to and may embed services operated by others. Their availability, security, content, and terms are outside our control. A link does not automatically mean endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for that service.

We may change, suspend, or remove site features and public demonstrations. We aim to keep materials accurate and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that every example remains current.

To the extent permitted by law, the public site and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or guaranteed results.

To the extent permitted by law, Ideas Realized and its members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public site. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid Ideas Realized specifically for access to the public site during the prior twelve months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Sonoma County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision means the updated terms apply to later use.
