We do not have a standing public role posted right now. When a defined employee or contract role opens, its scope, location expectations, compensation approach, and application path will appear here.
We still keep a small network of trusted specialists for work that needs a particular craft or domain. A thoughtful introduction is welcome, but it is not an application to a current vacancy.

Ideas Realized remains accountable to the client. Collaborators join a named scope with a clear owner, delivery boundary, communication rhythm, and handoff expectation.
We value people who can explain tradeoffs, work directly with imperfect business context, document what they ship, and ask for help before uncertainty becomes surprise.

Email shane@ideas-realized.com with a short note about the work you do, your location and time zone, current availability, and links to two or three relevant examples.
Please do not send sensitive client material, proprietary code, or a generic mass-market résumé attachment. A clear portfolio link and a specific reason for reaching out are more useful.
