AI in SF Bay Area.
Bay Area operators have access to more AI talent and tooling than anywhere on the planet — and most of them are still drowning in repetitive workflows. We work with SF, Oakland, San Jose, North Bay, and Peninsula teams to ship AI automation that actually moves the operational needle, not the AI-assisted pitch deck.
Where this fits the region.
These are the engagements we ship most often when ai integration & automation meets SF Bay Area operations. The patterns are consistent; the right first project is yours alone.
Sonoma + Napa winery operations
Tasting room scheduling, club shipment notifications, multi-location inventory sync, and demand forecasting against tourism patterns. Wine-country operations have a unique seasonal shape that generic AI tooling misses.
SF tech ops automation
Internal-tool consolidation, on-call workflow automation, customer support triage. SF tech teams want to ship AI features into their product — and most of them are accidentally building infrastructure they could buy.
East Bay nonprofit operations
Donor management automation, grant-writing assist, program-impact reporting. Bay Area nonprofit budgets stretch further when AI takes the operations work that would otherwise need a dedicated FTE.
Peninsula and South Bay startup automation
Customer onboarding flows, expansion-trigger identification, AI-assisted sales operations. Common shape across YC and accelerator alumni stuck between $1M and $5M ARR.
Sonoma County Connections
A community platform we built for a North Bay nonprofit, with automated content pipelines and event coordination. Demonstrates how AI automation makes small-team nonprofit operations sustainable.

Things SF Bay Area teams always ask.
Short, honest answers. If your question is not here, send it over — we will write you back inside 24 hours.
Do you work with companies south of San Francisco (Peninsula, South Bay, Silicon Valley)?
Yes. The studio is HQ'd in Santa Rosa but our Bay Area engagements span all nine counties — we work routinely with teams in San Jose, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Redwood City, and the rest of the Peninsula and South Bay. In-person meetings are available; most build work runs remote.
How long does an AI automation project usually take for a Bay Area client?
A focused first project ships in 4-8 weeks. Larger platform builds run 3-6 months. Bay Area clients tend to move faster than national average — the talent pool here is sophisticated and decisions usually happen on first or second call.
Are you available for on-site meetings in San Francisco?
Yes — Shane and several other team members are based in the broader Bay Area and can drive to client offices in SF, Oakland, San Jose, or anywhere in the Peninsula. Most engagements run primarily remote with selected in-person meetings for kickoff and major milestones.
How does your pricing compare to SF-based agencies?
Typically 50-75% of comparable San Francisco AI agencies. We are headquartered in Santa Rosa with a distributed team, which lets us run lower overhead while delivering at the same engineering bar. Discovery: $5-15k. Focused first project: $25-80k. Platform build: $100-400k.
Do you sign mutual NDAs?
Yes — and we routinely sign before discovery calls. Bay Area engagements often involve confidential AI roadmap conversations; we handle them appropriately.
