AI strategy, and the team confidence to use it.
Most AI initiatives stall in one of two places: nobody agrees where AI should go, or the tools arrive and the team never adopts them. We fix both. We help you decide where AI genuinely earns its keep, then bring your whole team along with hands-on training built around your real work.
Strategy and adoption, not one without the other.
A roadmap nobody uses is wasted budget. Eager adoption pointed at the wrong workflow is just as wasteful. We deliberately pair the direction with the enablement so the work actually lands.
AI Consulting & Strategy
Where AI fits, in what order, and what it is worth. Clear-eyed, vendor-neutral, and written down so you can act on it.
- AI readiness and data-quality assessment
- Use-case discovery and prioritization
- Build vs buy and vendor and model selection
- Roadmaps with honest cost and ROI ranges
- Data handling, privacy, and governance guardrails
- Implementation support when you want us to ship it
AI Mindset Training
Hands-on sessions that build real fluency, for non-technical teams and engineers alike, using your actual workflows rather than generic demos.
- Practical day-to-day AI for non-technical teams
- Prompting, judgment, and knowing where not to use AI
- Hands-on workshops with your real workflows
- Model integration, evals, and guardrails for engineers
- Leadership sessions on strategy and risk
- Enablement playbooks your team keeps after we leave
Technical and non-technical teams.
AI only pays off when the people doing the work trust it and use it well. We meet each group where they are.
For non-technical teams
Operations, finance, marketing, legal, HR, and leadership. Plain-English, hands-on sessions on the AI that helps with real daily work, what it is good at, where it quietly fails, and how to use it without creating new risk. People leave able to put it to work the same week.
For technical teams
Engineers and product teams. We go deep on integrating models into products, building evaluation sets, adding guardrails, controlling cost, and shipping AI features that survive contact with real data instead of falling over after the demo.
Artifacts you own, not slides.
Every consulting engagement produces written deliverables you keep, whether or not you continue with us for the build.
AI readiness assessment
An honest read on your data, tooling, and team, where AI is ready to help now, and where the groundwork is not in place yet.
Prioritized opportunity map
A ranked list of candidate use cases scored by cost, effort, and impact, so the first project is the one that pays back fastest.
Build vs buy reasoning
For each opportunity, a clear call on off-the-shelf tools versus custom work, with the reasoning written down so you can defend it later.
Written roadmap with ROI ranges
A phased plan with realistic cost and timeline ranges. You own the document whether or not you continue with us.
Turn training into shipped work with a build event.
Corporate AI hackathons and build challenges take the fluency from training and point it at your own problems. In a day or two, teams ship working prototypes, build momentum, and surface the use cases worth funding. It is the fastest way we know to make AI feel real inside an organization.
What teams always ask.
Short, honest answers. If your question is not here, send it over and we will write back inside 24 hours.
What is the difference between AI consulting and AI mindset training?
Consulting answers "where should AI go in this business, and in what order." Training answers "can the team actually use it once it is here." Most engagements need both. A roadmap nobody adopts is wasted money, and enthusiastic adoption pointed at the wrong workflows is just as wasteful. We deliberately pair the two.
Do you offer AI training for non-technical teams?
Yes, and it is one of the most requested things we do. We run plain-English, hands-on sessions for operations, finance, marketing, legal, HR, and leadership, focused on real daily work rather than theory. People leave knowing what AI is genuinely good at, where it quietly fails, and how to use it without creating new risk.
Do you also train technical teams and engineers?
Yes. For engineering teams we go deeper: integrating models into products, building evaluation sets, adding guardrails, controlling cost, and shipping features that hold up in production rather than demos that fall over with real data.
Do you work with teams outside California, or remotely?
Yes. We are a distributed studio and most consulting and training runs remotely across the United States. We also run on-site sessions in the metros where we have people, including the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Chicago, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Columbus, Houston, Miami, and Honolulu. See our locations for the regional detail.
How long does an AI strategy roadmap take?
A focused roadmap is usually one to two weeks: stakeholder interviews, a look at your data and current tooling, then a written plan. Larger organizations with more stakeholders and systems take longer. Either way, you get written artifacts, not just a slide deck.
Do we have to be technical to get value from a consulting engagement?
No. A large part of our job is translating between technical possibility and business value. We explain things in plain language and focus on outcomes. If you want to go hands-on later, the training track is there for exactly that.
Can you run an AI hackathon or build event for our company?
Yes. Corporate AI hackathons and build challenges are a fast, energizing way to turn training into something real, your team ships working prototypes against your own problems in a day or two. It pairs naturally with the training track.
