Corporate AI hackathons that ship real things.

Workshops teach. Build events prove. We run corporate AI hackathons, internal build days, and innovation challenges where your team takes on your own problems and walks out with working prototypes. It is the fastest way we know to turn AI from a buzzword into something your organization has actually felt.

Formats

Pick the intensity that fits.

From a single high-energy day to a multi-week challenge, we shape the format around your team, your calendar, and how far you want to push.

One-day build sprint

A single focused day. Teams pick a real problem in the morning, build through the afternoon, and demo working prototypes before everyone leaves. High energy, low logistics.

Two-day hackathon

Room to go deeper. Day one is framing and building; day two is polish, integration, and judged demos. The output is closer to something you could actually pilot.

Ongoing innovation challenge

A multi-week challenge with checkpoints, for distributed teams who cannot stop everything for a day. We facilitate, mentor, and keep momentum between sessions.

Leadership and cross-functional mix

We deliberately mix engineers with operations, finance, marketing, and leadership. The best ideas come from the people who feel the problem, not just the people who can code.

How it works

Framed, built, and decided.

A good build event is not chaos with pizza. We run a clear arc so the energy turns into real output and real decisions.

01

Frame the problems

Before the event we work with you to surface real, worth-solving problems and prep data and access, so teams build something that matters instead of toy demos.

02

Build with mentors in the room

Our engineers float between teams as mentors, unblocking, pairing, and keeping scope honest so groups actually ship rather than spin.

03

Demo and decide

Teams demo what they built. We help you score honestly and walk away with a prioritized list of what to pilot, park, or kill.

04

Turn winners into real projects

For the ideas worth pursuing, we can scope and build the production version, or hand your team a plan to run with it themselves.

What you walk away with

More than a fun day off.

  • Working prototypes built against your own real problems
  • A ranked shortlist of use cases actually worth funding
  • Hands-on momentum that outlasts any slide deck
  • A read on which teams and people are ready to lead AI work
  • A short written wrap-up with recommended next steps
Pairs with

Best run alongside consulting and training.

A build event lands hardest when the team already has a little fluency and a sense of where AI fits. Many clients pair it with an AI strategy roadmap and a round of team training, then use the event to put that learning to work on real problems.

Common questions

What teams always ask.

Short, honest answers. If your question is not here, send it over and we will write back inside 24 hours.

Do our people need to be technical to take part?

No, and the best events are deliberately mixed. Non-technical people bring the problems worth solving and the judgment about what is actually useful; our engineers and your developers handle the build. Everyone leaves having shipped something together.

What actually gets built in a day or two?

Working prototypes, not production systems. Think a functioning automation, a grounded chatbot over your real docs, a document-processing demo, or an internal tool that proves a workflow. Enough to decide whether it is worth funding properly.

How is this different from AI training?

Training builds the skills and fluency; a build event points that fluency at your real problems and produces tangible output. They pair naturally: train the team, then run an event to put it to work. Both live alongside our AI consulting.

Can you run it remotely or on-site?

Both. We run on-site events in the metros where we have people and fully remote events for distributed teams, with the same framing, mentoring, and demo structure either way.

What happens to the winning ideas afterward?

That is the point. For ideas worth pursuing we can scope and build the production version as a normal engagement, or hand your team a written plan and the prototype so they can run with it. The event is a beginning, not a one-off.
