Built for Nonprofits teams.
Nonprofits do more with less by design. We build the donor portals, program-management systems, AI-assisted grant workflows, and modern websites that let nonprofit teams move faster without burning out their (already small) staff. Anchored in the work we did for Sonoma County Connections; available to nonprofit operators nationally.
Common friction points we solve.
Every nonprofits engagement we run starts by mapping these against your specific workflows. The patterns are common; the right first project is yours alone.
Software stack held together with goodwill
Most nonprofits run on six pieces of donated SaaS that almost-but-don't integrate. We rebuild the connective tissue so the team stops spending Sundays exporting CSVs.
Grant writing eats the program team
AI-assisted research, drafting, and reporting can give your program team back a day per week. Done right, it strengthens the writing, not waters it down.
Donor data scattered across email and spreadsheets
We've built donor portals and CRM integrations that finally show one donor view, with the kind of acknowledgment workflows that retain givers year over year.
Websites that look 2014
A modern, fast website is not vanity for a nonprofit — it directly affects donor confidence, grant scoring, and volunteer signups. We ship websites that hold up against any for-profit you compete with for attention.
Where the work usually starts.
These are the services nonprofits teams reach for first. Every service we ship is available — these are simply the ones with the highest fit and clearest ROI for the vertical.
Patterns we have already shipped.
Each of these is a real engagement that demonstrates a workflow, architecture, or design pattern that maps directly to Nonprofits operations. Click through to see the full case study.

A service-focused marketing site with conversion-focused UX — the same playbook applies to a nonprofit landing page that needs to convert visitors into donors or volunteers.

Short, honest answers. If your question is not here, send it over — we will write you back inside 24 hours.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes. We discount nonprofit engagements meaningfully and have shipped pro-bono work for organizations whose mission overlaps with our values. Reach out and tell us about the project — we will be straight with you about scope, cost, and any pro-bono possibility.
Can you integrate with our donor management system?
We have integrated with DonorPerfect, Bloomerang, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Little Green Light, and a half-dozen others. If you are running something niche, we will read the API docs and tell you honestly whether the integration is a one-week or one-month job before we quote it.
How does AI help in a nonprofit context?
Three reliable places: grant research and drafting (huge time savings without losing voice), donor communication personalization (better thank-you's, retention triggers), and program reporting (turning raw data into board-ready summaries). We will not push AI where it doesn't belong.
How long does a nonprofit website build typically take?
6-10 weeks for a focused rebuild — including content workshops, design, build, content migration, and donor-portal integration. Larger platform builds (custom CRM, complex donor flows) run 3-6 months.
Will the team be able to maintain it?
Yes. We default to stacks your team can keep running long after we are gone — Next.js, Sanity, Supabase, and similar — and we leave you with documentation and recorded handoffs. Nonprofits cannot afford to be locked into the agency forever, and we agree.
Other industries we work with.
If your work spans more than one vertical, the playbook adapts. Hop between these pages to see how the same studio scales across different operating contexts.
